Nathaniel W. Tindall, III, Ph.D. is the Senior Principal Data Scientist for Talent Acquisitions at BAE Systems. He joined BAE Systems in 2017, bringing more than 10 years of data leadership, analytics, and management experience to his role with the company.
Dr. Tindall manages the data pipeline for the entire talent acquisition pipeline, facilitating improvements on the acquisition pathways, recruitment marketing, and social media. He is also responsible for providing talent acquisition systems support, creating data visualization, and extracting new findings that leverage talent data with other external data and enterprise metrics. Nathaniel has been recognized by his current and former firms for his analytics expertise and leadership.
Prior to BAE Systems, Dr. Tindall has worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, Coca-Cola, Caterpillar, the International Institute of Applied Systems Analysis, and the City of Atlanta. Outside of his corporate life, he volunteers a pro-bono consultant and mentors youth. He also enjoys traveling to new places, investing, and gastronomy.
Dr. Tindall received his doctorate in environmental engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, in 2014. He is a graduate from the Dual Degree Engineering Program, receiving degrees in Materials Engineering and Applied Physics from the University of Michigan and Morehouse College in 2007, respectively.
